Get good marks in Bank PO or any other English,here are few tips
1-This tips will solve your 80% problem in English.Write down 5 Vocab on Daily basis on a paper,keep it always with you,and take a look on that whenever u find free time.Hence no need to allocate an hour or days for Vocab.
2-Use these vocab in your day to day life
3-Pick the basic grammer book(your 9th to 12th standard).learn it.Give more emphasize on doing Excercise.
